Ein schlagkräftiger Cop aus Kansas, kommt in die grelle Welt von Las Vegas. Seine Schwester, ein Tanzgirl, wird vermißt. Auf eigene Faust nimmt er die Spur auf. Doch schon bald muß er feststellen, daß es um mehr als eine Entführung geht. Hinter der bunten Fassade der Lichterstadt spielt jemand ein tödliches Spiel um Erpressung und Mord.
